Having spent so much of my life in Delhi, the city has slowly become more than just a place to live. It’s a collection of memories, familiar streets, beautiful corners, and little moments that make you fall in love with it all over again. There was something about this scene that stayed with me, the colourful flowers, the iconic India Gate, the humble auto-rickshaw, and that beautiful purple sky. It felt so full of life, so effortlessly Delhi, that I knew I had to bring it onto my canvas. And that’s how Dilli Ki Raunaq came to life ~ my little tribute to a city that has been a part of my journey. ❤️ Sometimes, we don’t realise how much we love a place until we see it through the eyes of an artist.

Every painting begins with a palette of possibilities. These are some of the colours that inspired *Dilli Ki Raunaq* ~ rich earthy browns, vibrant yellows, expressive greens, and dreamy violets. When you purchase the original painting, you’ll also receive a complimentary colour palette inspired by the colours used in the artwork. A little piece of my creative process, just for you! ❤️
